    On my joybook R56 from this drivers didn't work:
    Wireless(Atheros card)
    Sound (Conexant)
    Modem (Conexant)
    On windows XP SP3 - please if someone know where to find drivers please post it here.

    For modem try drivers for Vista from official Benq website, for atheros try Atheros CZ or atheros.com, for vga try LaptopVideo2Go (I don't remember link), I installed all these on XP Pro SP3 and they work. For LAN try www.marvell.com and Chipset/SATA-AHCI(matrix storage) drivers are on Intel's official website. I almost forgot JMicron eSATA - www.jmicron.com/ . SP3 has drivers for camera(at least for my R56). Sometimes you have to go right to the chip/low-level HW manufacturers to get drivers - and they often have drivers for many OS's but laptop manufacturers don't offer these on their sites, because of MS and their desperate need to sell Vista...

    oh my God.. joybook r56 is suck! my audio device (conexant) had a suck driver.. It can't use.. Please somebody help me.. Who has the driver installer? Can I have it? Please.. My audio is useless..

    Hi, I have a Thai Benq R56-LM14 and am unable to find the proper sound card drivers. The ones on this thread do not appear to work. Can anybody help ? Thanks
